Assembled Roving for Spray-up

 

Assembled Roving is an E-glass roving designed for spray-up process. It is treated with a silane-based size and compatible with unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins. Unique sizing technology imparts excellent spray-up properties to the product. Correct application will result in a reduced operating time. Tests have proved that the GRP end products have excellent water resistance.

Assembled Roving is typically used to produce GRP boat hulls, sanitary apparatus, pipes, automotive part and cooling towers.

Good dispersion and choppability, uniform distribution in the end products;

Good anti-static property which makes it easy to eliminate static during chopping.

 

Unless otherwise specified, fiberglass products should be stored in a dry, cool and rain-proof area. It is recommended that the room temperature and humidity should be always maintained at 15-35,35%-65% respectively. To ensure safety and avoid damage to the product, the pallets should not be stacked more than two layers high. When the pallets are stacked in two layers, care should be taken to correctly and smoothly move the top pallet.
